No Long-Term Toxic Waste Storage from a Liquid Fluoride Thorium Reactor. All long-lived waste that solid-fueled reactors generate, would stay in the LFTR until completely fissioned — instead of 250 tons of waste from a PWR to store for thousands of years, store 0.17 ton for 350 years.
